Execution is something which is real, done on the ground, rather in the board rooms by executives (its an oxymoron!) wearing suits.
Understanding the reality at the shop floor level is the key to it. There are seven key building blocks of strategy execution (see the picture).
So whenever the execution is the stage to be focused, we think in terms of all these points.
